DON'T WE USUALLY WAIT 'TIL THEY'VE RETIRED, AT LEAST?

Dear Leader may have a movie made about him. This country is feeling more and more like a banana republic with each passing day.

Fidel would be sooo proud.

"Open TV and Film, the London-based production company, is developing a TV mini-series based on Barack Obama’s days on the campaign trail. ITV Studios USA is co-developing the project. Simon Shaps, chairman of Open, has optioned Newsweek journalist Richard Woolfe’s book Renegade: The Making of a President. The author was granted unique access to Obama during the campaign. Shaps – who used to be ITV’s director of television -- told me: “It is early days, but we are sure there will no shortage of ideas for who plays the President.”

  1. The liberals made a movie entitled "Death of a President" to promote the assasination of President George W. Bush:

So of course they are going to make a movie extolling their Antiochus IV Epiphanes.

Last night I went to a Respect Life meeting at a parishioners house where a notable priest from DC attended. I'll maintain everyone's anonymity here. A liberal witch (what rhymes with witch?) asked why the priest was being divisve and if Republicans were the only pro-lifers. He waffled and caved. More talkl about tolerance and love and understanding. I wanted so much to go ballistic. He stopped me. Just as well. I got no time for liberals. I can tolerate Republicans. But Democrats are lower than whale turds. And then near the end this witch says she was just taking a Buddhist perspective and the Church is universal. I couldn't help myself. I told her that the gate is narrow. I just can't stand these people. Yup, she admitted that she had never seen such divisiveness. "Well, baby, you ain't seen nothin yet. We are NOT going to tolerate being ruled by your kind." That's what I wanted to tell her. Good thing I shut my big trap.

  2. Yeah, I know, stiff upper lip, discretion is the better part of valor and all that stuff. A little smackdown sure does feel good every once in a while, though.

  3. I expounded on my experience last Wednesday night that I wrote about here yesterday:

I guess I gave the cleric a smackdown. Maybe that was wrong of me, but I am sick and tired of this weak-kneed, yellow-bellied, cowed and cowardly approach to confronting liberalism and progressivism.
