The trial begins on May 14 and continuing until May 19, if needed, at the Atlah World Missionary Church in Harlem, New York.
Dr. James Manning, the Pastor of the church, insists that this is no joke nor a 'mock trial.' According to the legal experts who are backing the trial, the proceeding is legal and will carry the full weight of the law according to the U.S. Constitution.
At issue is evidence, which Dr. Manning claims he has in his possession, that proves Barack Obama was never a student at Columbia University as he claims, although Columbia issued a diploma to Obama.
Further, Dr. Manning says he has irrefutable proof contained in a sworn statement by a top-level official in the U.S. Government concerning false and misleading claims regarding Barack Obama's background, history, eligibility, and ideological motives for his policy initiatives.
This evidence, he says, will be revealed at the trial, which will be presided over by active U.S. judges and conducted by prosecuting and defense attorneys. Witnesses have been subpoenaed, including Condoleeza Rice, Louis Farrakhan, and Jessie Jackson, among others."
