STOP PLAYING WITH OUR CONSTITUTION

The website Save Our Secret Ballot is part of an initiative to make voting for or against union membership by secret ballot a constitutionally protected right. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! I'm tired of every issue that is controversial being offered up as a constitutional amendment. I agree with the backers of this initiative that the unions shouldn't be able to use public voting to intimidate workers into joining, but this is not an issue that deserves to be raised to the constitutional level. Our constitutions, both federal and state are nearly sacred documents and should only be amended for the gravest of reasons. Our representatives should do their job and stop this through legislation. Stop cheapening our constitution!
