3 DEAD IN GREEK RIOTS

"Greek authorities say at least three people have died in central Athens in a fire during huge street demonstrations against harsh new government austerity measures.

Early reports say the victims died in a burning bank building apparently set on fire by the protesters.

Across much of the central city Wednesday, riot police armed with stun grenades and tear gas fought running street battles with rock-throwing protesters angered by the looming spending cuts.

Television footage showed police using tear gas to prevent some 50 protesters from storming the parliament building. Violence also erupted in the northern city of Salonika.

The strike halted flights, trains and ferry services across much of the country. Schools and private offices were shut and hospitals worked with limited staffs."

Keep your eyes on Greece. This is coming our way. The unions are driving this unrest in Europe and they intend to do it here. Look at the marches on Wall Street and the immigration marches last weekend. It's just a matter of time now.

IT REALLY IS BEGINNING- SOCIAL UNREST COMES TO AMERICA

Combine this with the video in the post below calling for a general strike next month and it is becoming extremely clear that social unrest on a massive scale is heading our way. I've been saying look to Greece to see our future and it has arrived.

How much of this sort of activity will be allowed before martial law is declared, first by local authorities and then by the Feds? We are being purposely led to our own funeral. We must stand strong in faith and our Constitution and avoid violence. The slightest retaliation will be the trigger used to launch the full power of the government against the American people. Fight with ideas, not with fists.

This being said, be prepared to fight, however the fight goes. Ideas may not be sufficient. If not, make sure we have exhausted all options before we make the final, no turning back choice to resort to force. It's important to be in a just and righteous war if we must go to war.

I can't believe I'm writing this.

"In Venezuela, even as Hugo Chavez consolidates totalitarian control over the government, the streets have descended into chaos. That oil-rich country's socialism-induced decline toward failed state status presages what Hope & Change are inflicting on America. The size and scope of our government are exploding; when the ramifications of the healthcare monstrosity are made clear, we will find that our very bodies are now federal property. Meanwhile, civil order collapses. From moonbattery-ravaged Philadelphia:

Business owners yesterday called on Mayor Nutter to stop "flash mobs" on South Street after patrons couldn't shop, dine or get home on Saturday night because of the hordes of teens roaming the neighborhood.
Inspired by Twitter messages to "come to South Street," police say hundreds - business owners say thousands - of young teens stampeded down South Street in waves, jumping on top of cars, knocking over pedestrians and fighting and cursing. …
The South Street business owners called on Nutter to impose a curfew of 10 p.m. or earlier after frightened managers locked their doors, only allowing customers inside.
Nutter did not return calls last night."

THE REVOLUTION IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

This may or may not happen. I don't know anything about the group sponsoring it but you can go to their website here. It's actually kind of weird; I agree with much of what the say yet I feel like I'm reading the typical boycott call to arms from a leftist organization. I think that this may be a sign that the people are finding common ground where all sides can stand together against a common enemy, the government. Or this is being used by anarchists to completely destabilize the American system and hasten a crash.

This could go either way. It seems as though we are about to see the social unrest that is currently happening in Europe finally reach our shores.

ANOTHER SIGN ON THE ROAD TO COLLAPSE

"The bond market is saying that it’s safer to lend to Warren Buffett than Barack Obama.

Two-year notes sold by the billionaire’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in February yield 3.5 basis points less than Treasuries of similar maturity, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Procter & Gamble Co., Johnson & Johnson and Lowe’s Cos. debt also traded at lower yields in recent weeks, a situation former Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. chief fixed-income strategist Jack Malvey calls an “exceedingly rare” event in the history of the bond market."
Bloomberg

This means that interest rates are going to start heading up. Couple this with all the money we've been printing and todays post from Swarm USA showing that every dollar of new debt (printing money) is taking forty five cents off the GDP, and it is becoming increasingly clear that our time before we collapse has grown short.

You see, as Karl Denninger at
Market ticker explains, we are in a death spiral. As interest rates on our bonds go up we will have to print more money to service the debt. The more money we print the greater the impact on our GDP, which of course will have a negative impact on our creditworthiness, forcing interest rates higher.

The only way out is to reset the system, a task that our government does not have the stomach for because it would cost the wealthy players in the system too much money and damage the politicians. Not to mention just generally suck for the rest of us. But, if we do it in a controlled manner we can come out of it, maybe. We may be past the point of no return.

However, to do nothing, as we are doing now, will certainly result in the greatest depression and civil unrest; along with the potential destruction of our system of government.

Whichever way it goes, life as we have known it is in it's last days. Get ready, the time is short!
