POPE SMACKS HAWKING AROUND

"Pope Benedict XVI says he believes scientists who deny the existence of God are wrong, that God exists and that he did create the universe.

The pope did not mention names but was clearly referring to physicist and mathematician Stephen Hawking, who proposed in a book published last month that the laws of physics can account for the creation of the world and that a supreme being is not required, CNN reported.

...In his book, "The Grand Design," Hawking said that, given the existence of gravity, "the universe can and will create itself from nothing."

Perhaps it's just me suffering from a woeful lack of formal education but I read this quote from Hawking and I just had to ask, if the existence of gravity accounts for the creation of the universe how can Hawking say the universe was created from nothing? Gravity is something, no? And if gravity pre-exists the universe and was the cause of the universe then the universe was created from something.

But, Prof Hawking, who created the gravity?

These are the games played when atheists try to wrap their faith in science to make it seem logical to the world. I would expect better from someone as intelligent as Hawking.

  1. Hi, Catawissa!

Well, you beat me to it again!

I have however made several blog entries about this over the past couple of months since Hawking came out with his ridiculous BS:

  2. Hawking is a fool. He doesn't believe in God, bt he believes in gravity. Since there's a law of gravity, I ask, who made the law?

  3. And how does chaos become order without guidance?

Science sidesteps these issues with stunning regularity. If they would just honestly recognize that something beyond the physical, quantifiable world exists, and if they would factor that into their grand hypotheses, just think of the truth they might discover.

  4. The Vatican is desperate about what they know comes next and are trying to spin their demise into a positive. They are deathly afraid of what I have just published and rightly so. The Vatican's worst nightmare is beginning to unfold.

Watch the video to understand the truth and then draw your own conclusions. I have come like a thief in the night...

  5. I debated publishing the comment above from Seven Star Hand because I've seen enough of this sort of thing over the years to know that there's nothing new here, only the same old rehash of theories and silliness that so many others have tried to foist off as fact.

So keep in mind that in many ways it's just another form of pornography. I'm still torn about putting it up because it may lead someone astray. On the other hand, I think that it's important to hear this viewpoint so that a person has time to do the research and find the truth.
