The truth is finally starting to leak out, bit by bit. This isn't just sloppy paperwork and minor details. This is a case where fraud of an unimaginable magnitude has been committed against the American people and the only way out will be a complete restructuring of the banking system and decades of battles in court over who owns what.
You don't think this affects you? If you own real estate or are in the process of paying off a mortgage there is a very good chance that you don't have a clear deed to the property. In other words, because of the systems set up by the banks to avoid paying fees in counties and to defraud investors somewhere a long the line the chain of title has most likely been destroyed for your property. Without going to court and re-establishing a clear title, in a majority of cases, you may not be able to state with any degree of certainty that you own the property you paid for.
This isn't just a problem for residential properties; it affects commercial property, too. This may be the final straw for America.
