NATIONAL GUARD MAY BE IN THE MIDST OF LARGE MOBILIZATION

I wonder if this is true and if it is what it signifies, if anything? Especially since the author mentions in his article a large training center meant to duplicate the Iraqi war zone in Wyoming. Could we be preparing for something in Iran?
