Until everybody decides that "Dude, I'm just not that into the whole working thing today" and stays in bed eating Frosted Flakes and watching reruns of Gomer Pyle. Then of course the state will set up some sort of program to supply pot to the unemployed which will cost about 4-5 trillion dollars just for the potato chips and dip.

If California could just get a program like this in place think how much easier it would be for the stoners to order that Dominoes Pizza they've been jonesin' for. Of course, a program would need to be put in place to allow for the purchase of Dominoes with food stamps.
