DEPT. OF EDUCATION TO PURCHASE SHOTGUNS

What in the hell does the Department of Education need 27 Remington 870 12 gauge shotguns for? Since they are the police model I doubt they're being used for shooting education in the schools.

Our government is getting very scary.
